Our HEPA Home Cleanings take a different approach.
We prioritize the use of direct HEPA Vacuuming along with Microfiber cloths and our safe botanical disinfectant. This comprehensive focus allows us to effectively remove various particles, including dust, dirt, and dander, not only from your walls, ceilings, and floors but also ensures that these surfaces are disinfected mold, fungi, viruses, and bacteria.
We also utilize the same Carbon-HEPA Air purification technology used in our more intense Remediation projects to remove all those things from your air you don’t want, leaving your home as truly clean as it smells.
What is HEPA Filtration?
It is important that our machines and vacuums use HEPA Filtration, But ‘Why”?
HEPA Filtration filters particulates down to .3 Microns in size. This is important because it is the smallest size of any known mold spore. Our Air Scrubbers have 3 levels of filtration to leave your home better than we found it. We can actively measure the air improvement with our on-site particle counters.
MERV 8 Pleated Filter: For Dust, Dander, Pollen, and other sizable items.
HEPA: For mold, viruses, and bacteria down to .3 Micros
Carbon Filter: for Particulates down to .1 Microns such as lingering smoke odors and VOC’s like Formaldehyde
HEPA Vacuum
We use HEPA filtrated vacuums to remove surface bound mold spores and particulates from carpet, baseboards, and furniture.
ULV Botanical Disinfecting
Our broad spectrum safe botanical disinfectants are safe for applying to air system returns, and inside the home on all other surfaces and porous objects.
Microfiber Surface Cleaning
We use microfiber to easily apply surface disinfectants to interior structure walls, flat ceilings, and floors
HEPA Air Scrubbers
Mold Spores cannot be captured by consumer-grade vacuums and air purifiers. Our industrial HEPA Air scrubber machines are capable of lowering interior airborne mold levels
